Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment options:
- PayNow (DBS PayLah!, UOB, OCBC, Standard Chartered, Citi)
- Google Pay
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, UnionPay, AMEX)
- WeChat Pay
- ShopeePay
- GrabPay, Paylater byGrab
How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
All sales are final. Please review your cart carefully before completing checkout. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. This policy allows us to process and fulfil all orders efficiently.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Shipping within Singapore is free. Orders are typically shipped via SingPost to your letterbox. If the parcel exceeds letterbox dimensions, it will be delivered via doorstep courier.
You can also opt for doorstep delivery at checkout for an additional $5.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 1–2 working days after the order has been processed.
For example, an order placed on Monday will usually be shipped on Tuesday and arrive by Wednesday or Thursday, provided all days are working days.
How do I track my orders?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 2 working days for tracking to be updated.
I need the camera urgently. What should I do?
If you need your camera urgently, you can DM us on Telegram @retrolensofficial to arrange same-day delivery within Singapore via GrabExpress or Lalamove. Delivery costs will be borne by the buyer.
Do you ship internationally?
We do ship internationally! However, international shipping is not available on our website at the moment. Please DM us on Instagram @retrolens.official to arrange international shipping and we'll work out the details with you.
Product
Are the items in stock and ready to ship?
Yes! All items listed on our website are in stock and ready to be shipped. Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1–2 working days.
What is the condition of the item?
All cameras are assumed to be second-hand/preloved unless stated otherwise (e.g. our Kodak series).
Each item has been carefully tested and confirmed to be in working condition before sale and dispatch, with at least 3 rounds of testing conducted. As these are pre-owned items, signs of use are to be expected. Any major functional defects will be clearly highlighted in the product description.
What is included in my purchase?
Items come with the accessories stated in the product listing (e.g. battery, charger, memory card where applicable).
Some models use disposable AA batteries, so a charger will not be provided.
Card readers are sold separately as an add-on.
Can I purchase the item in person?
Not all items are available at our Macpherson/Tai Seng store. Please DM us on Telegram @retrolensofficial to check availability before heading down.
